Our Mandate

        Believing in the power of a name, we chose the name "Antioch Christian Center" for our church after the Antioch church we read about in Acts. We believe that God has spoken to us a similar mandate, being like them in the following ways:

1. A place of safety/refuge... where people can come when the battle rages hot against them

2. A place of restoration... a place where real people with real problems can come for healing, deliverance and breakthrough

3. A place of training... where every believer identifies, knows and practices his gifts with increasing anointing and impact, both in the church and in the community...where every believer is equipped for the work of the ministry

4. A place of change... Where people are transformed and then bring transformation to their life situations and spheres of influence

5. A place of prophetic life and direction...receiving directions and strategies by the rhema word of God for the church and also in our individual lives.

6. A place that launches people into ministry...sending people out to advance the Kingdom of God in the area and beyond.

7. A place where God manifests Himself... characterized by the manifest presence of God and demonstrations of His Word and power.

Our Methods

1. Church planting...  we are a church without walls, and are called to take church to people rather than waiting for people to come to church. 

2. Releasing people in ministry...equipping the saints for the word of the ministry and then also giving them opportunity for ministry 

3. Using all the gifts of the Holy Spirit... the gospel is not just with words, but also with demonstration of the word.
