PARALYSIS DRAMATICALLY HEALED

Sandina, from Huedin, hitchhikes to Cluj every weekend to attend our church.  With our coming to Huedin, she asked us to come pray for her mother.  One month ago Sandina’s mother’s sickness left her paralyzed on the right side of her body.  She was slowly recovering. When we came she was propped up in bed.  She demonstrated that she could raise her leg about 6 inches off the bed and her arm she could lift just above shoulder height.  David and Miha laid hands on her and prayed as Claudia and I prayed from behind them. When they said amen, suddenly Sadina’s mom began to demonstrate again….this time she could raise her arm vertically above her head and her leg too!  I’m not kidding she was propped up against the wall and raised her leg until it was vertical!   When she realized that she had been healed, she began to move both legs, again kicking them up higher than her head.  We were laughing and astonished with this sudden and dramatic healing!  I told her “You look like Nadia Comaneci” (Romanian gymnast and gold medalist in the 70’s).  And she did!  The amazing thing is that she is 76 years old!  visit Huedin Dec 2007

PAIN IN SHOULDER DISAPPEARS

Dana is from Huedin but is a college student in Cluj and a new believer in our church. During the outreach to Huedin she invited her mother to come.  Her mother arrived all frowns and very suspicious of us.  But she sat through the service.  During prayer ministry, Rodica and her husband prayed for healing of the stiffness and pain she had in her shoulder.  God healed her and she was pain free.  I am not exaggerating to say that every time that I looked at her after that, she was all smiles.  Christmas Crusade  Huedin  Dec 2007

ANKLE HEALED, PAINFUL JOINTS HEALED

SALVATION TESTIMONY

A rough looking man received prayer.  During prayer God revealed specific details of the man’s life so this rough tough guy knew God was speaking to him.  As we proclaimed God’s love over the man, he just melted and began to cry.  He began to exclaim, “You made me cry!  What you said to me makes me cry!”  He was being touched by God.  We prayed the sinner’s prayer with him and this man’s life and destiny were changed.  The change had just begun but his facial features changed before our eyes…softening and becoming gentle.  His eyes twinkled with joy.  This man came to the meeting because he was keeping the fires going in the terracotta heaters. RHEUMATISM HEALED

TOOTHACHE DISAPPEARS

A teenage girl had a terrible toothache and her face was swollen due to a tooth that had split and become infected.  She received prayer and all the pain suddenly disappeared and the swelling “deflated” right under the hands of Ioana who was praying for her.  The next night she came back and reported that she had checked her tooth out at home and it was NOT split anymore but made completely whole!  Christmas Crusade  Huedin  Dec 2007

SCOLIOSIS 90% HEALED

Denisa had experienced pain up and down her back for years having suffered with scoliosis. I also had to the privilege to pray for her back.  While I was praying for her with my hand on her back, I felt something move in her back…not really a pop…more like a stretching or extension of her back.  She left to check herself out and came back into the room shortly later crying for joy and testifying that her back was healed!  When she went to school the next day, several of her friends commented, without knowing anything of her healing, that she looked taller. DEAF EAR POPS OPEN

REOCCURRING INFECTION HEALED

        Ana, a friend, asked me to come with her to pray for her cousin’s fiancée, Diana. Diana had been operated on after a cyst on her ovary has ruptured. She had since suffered continuously with reoccurring infection, despite her doctors’ best efforts. She had been in the hospital for one and a half months when we went and prayed for her. We prayed quietly, believing for her complete healing. In the same room, her three roommates slept. After we prayed for Diana, Ana shared with her about the Lord. Amazingly, Diana had accepted the Lord just a day before we came, when some other Christians had passed through and shared the good news with her.
        The day after we prayed, Ana, returned to visit Diana. Diana related that when we prayed for her, she felt heat running up and down her abdomen along her incision. She was also very positive and encouraged after months of battling this sickness that had left her depressed. Diana was being transformed. Diana really believed that she had been healed. She waited only for the doctor’s confirmation.
        But the story doesn’t end there! One of Diana’s roommates that was “sleeping” the day before while we prayed, interrupted Ana. She said that she wasn’t sleeping at all, but listening intently to how we talked with and about God. She was so impressed that she asked Ana to pray for her too. Ana not only prayed for her but also led that lady to the Lord… Salvation--the greatest miracle of all!
        Two days after we prayed for Diana, she was reexamined and her doctor released her, infection free! Now a week later, Diana remains very excited about what God is doing in her life. Newly saved and recently healed! Amazing God!  Hospital Cluj Sep 2007

PAIN CAUSED BY ACCIDENT HEALED

Involved in a terrible accident two years ago, Alexandra’s legs had been broken in several places and crushed in others. The doctors had reassembled everything the best they could, but Alexandra still suffered constant pain and discomfort in both legs. She came forward for prayer at church. SEVERE ABDOMINAL PAIN HEALED

We arrived for our weekly meeting in Iris, an outreach to a Gypsy community in Cluj. We worshipped God and shared from God’s word. God’s presence was tangible in the large kitchen where we held the meeting. Dana asked for prayer. She had suffered terrible abdominal pains for a week. The pains that day had been so severe that she thought she was dying. We prayed for her for several minutes. The pain was greatly reduced. Encouraged, we kept praying. The pain continued to diminish. SWOLLEN LEGS AND FEET DEFLATE

During a recent visit to my widow friend, Susi, she showed me her legs and feet that were badly swollen. Her feet were retaining liquids to the point that with each step she felt her foot slide across the fluids and this made her feel very unstable. She could hardly walk. We prayed together for God’s healing. Later she told me that right after I left, the swelling went right down! God knows how to take care of his children, young and old.  visit Cluj Aug 2007

WEIGHT LIFTER'S KNEE AND HIP HEALED

A muscular young man came for prayer at church. He had hurt his knee and hip while lifting weights and had been in constant pain for three months. After prayer, he was laughing in amazed delight as he realized that he could move freely and was pain free for the first time in months. Healed!

ABDOMEN SHARP PAIN

A young lady had suffered sharp pains in her abdomen for weeks.  I prayed for her and a couple minutes later, she said “It’s gone.  The pain is not there!” A couple weeks later she told me since that prayer she had not had one pain!  Antioch Cluj May 2007

BROKEN FOOT HEALED

During our outreach to a gypsy community, we noticed a boy with a cast on his leg.  He had broken his foot, but still in spite of the cast, every step and every movement of his toes brought sharp pain.  He sat through the meeting with his leg elevated and uncomfortable.  After praying for him, David tested the boy’s foot--pressing hard on his toe, there was no pain!  Next day the boy and his mom returned to the doctor where additional x-rays were taken.  The doctor was amazed that there was absolutely no sign of a break.  He removed the cast!  Next time we saw the boy, he was running around in the courtyard having a great time! LEG PROBLEMS HEALED

Gabi had problems with her leg for months. She complained that it just didn’t move like it used to and it caused her great pain in her hip area. BACK PAIN DISAPPEARS AND GOLD DUST

Maia suffered off and on with lower back pains. As David made the altar call, God showed David that He was healing a painful lower back. David prayed for the unknown person’s healing and then asked “Who knows right now that God healed your back?” Maia came forward completely healed and pain free. But not just that, her face, hair and clothes were sprinkled with gold dust, like a very fine glitter. STOMACH PAINS AND NAUSEA

I had been sick for 4 days of stomach pains and nausea. I felt weak, had no appetite and had eaten very little during this time. Saturday before church I was feeling somewhat better, but no really good. I went to church in spite of how I felt expecting God to touch me. During the prayer time before church, I was sitting and praying for God to move during the meeting. At one point, I sensed God tell me “Stand up! That’s it, ‘til here and no further.” In obedience, I stood and drew a line with my toe on the carpet and said in agreement with God “That’s it! No further!” I sensed a real authority as I said this, my shoulders straightened. I don’t know how to describe it but to say, I felt the weakness break off of me….literally like chains falling off and I was suddenly free. I prayed like normal, with none of the prior symptoms. I was able to stand and worship for an hour, pay attention to the sermon and pray for people for 45 minutes during the altar call. TOUCHED BY GOD

Dima, recently saved was invited to our church by one of our guys. He came curious and open with a heart hungry for God. God responded and touched Dima so powerfully. His body was literally shaking for hours after church was over. That night, he woke up in the early morning and could do nothing else but praise God for His goodness…. STIFFNESS IN NECK HEALED

Aaron had suffered serious stiffness in his neck and pain at the back of his neck for years. Seeing God heal others, his faith grew for his own healing. LUNGS HEALED

A man came for the first time. He had never been in a church like ours and he sat with rapt attention. At the end of our service we invite people forward to come for prayer for any need. But this man didn’t know that he could simply come forward and wait to be prayed for. So during the invitation, he called out loudly “Pray for me! Pray for my lungs! I want to be healed!” It was so cute really! That man got saved and healed of phenomena and also commented “I’ve never been to a church like this! It isn’t boring! LIE BROKEN AND DELIVERANCE

Diana, 16 years old, complained that she felt that the closer she got to God, the harder her life became. I was moved with compassion recognizing this as a lie from the enemy. ELDERLY LADY HEALED

A widow, Susi, 80+ years old complained of pain in her back and both knees. She walked only with difficulty, in jerky motions as she painfully shifted her weight from one leg to the other. She and I prayed together for God's healing touch in her body. INJURED FINGER HEALED ON INSTANT MESSENGER

Sabina, 24 years old, lives in Iasi, 300 miles away, mentioned as we chatted on instant messenger that she had accidentally slammed her hand in a car door. It was sore, stiff, swollen and bruised. I offered to pray "long distance". I had her lay her hand on her computer screen and I did the same on my screen. I prayed for her healing for several minutes and then asked how she was. The swelling had gone down significantly. She could move her hand freely, the pain was mostly gone with still a bit of pain lingering only in a localized spot at the bruised place of one finger!   Via Internet Feb 2007

NEW BELIEVER PRAYS FOR HEALING AND IT HAPPENS

Bianca, saved and powerfully touched by God at camp, went home and did what she had seen us do.  Finding her cousin sick and scheduled to have an operation on her appendix, she laid her hands on her and prayed.  Her cousin was healed and the operation cancelled.  She prayed for her grandma who suffered severe headaches... no more headaches.  She prayed for her aunt who hadn't been able to cry in years.  Tears ran down her aunt's face as Bianca prayed for her.   post-Radical Life Camp 2006

AMAZING OUTBREAK OF CELEBRATION AND GLORY CLOUD

        The fourth night of camp at the end of the prayer ministry time…then when we were thinking it was over… something powerful and wonderful happened. God breathed into the room and something stirred in the Spirit. People that had been sitting watching the meeting end began to come to their feet. And at the same time the quiet background music began to grow and suddenly we were swept away together in a wave of God’s presence. The natural and supernatural response was joyful praise! Singing, dancing, praising and leaping and celebrating life in God. It was a very spiritually intense experience.
        I remember sensing the presence of God so intensely that I looked up and over people’s heads, expecting to see something with my natural eyes… I don’t know what… a flame of fire, an angel or something. Things continued to build in intensity in the Spirit. We danced and enjoyed God for a full hour and a half; fully aware that God was in our midst.
        Afterwards, as we began to share with one another about what had happened, several people related seeing a cloud like a thick fog in the room. We began to realize that the cloud of God’s glory had manifested in the room with us. In fact, David a member of the Canadian group had recorded several video clips during this joyous explosion. And amazingly his camera captured the cloud on film! The video clips show a fog that increases in density until you can’t see from one side of the room to the other.          One new believer had been on his face as one of our staff prayed for him during the ministry time. When he opened his eyes after prayer, he saw only fog. He jumped up and ran to the bathroom to wash out his eyes, thinking something was wrong with them. When he saw the film clip capturing the cloud, he said “That is what I saw when I opened my eyes!” It was an amazing and glorious time. Really amazing!   Radical Life Camp 2006

UNUSUAL MANIFESTATIONS DURING INTERCESSION

The intercession team really leaned into God during camp days, praying for heaven to come to earth and for God to come and make a name for Himself. During those hours of prayer, the prayer team had some unusual experiences with God. During one meeting, a glimmering pillar of swirling gold dust appeared in the air in the middle of our circle of prayer. On another occasion we smelled the fragrance of the presence of God. Again the smell was in the middle of our prayer circle. If we turned away, the smell diminished. But turning towards each other, in our midst for 20 minutes or so was the strong smell of roses.  Radical Life Camp 2006

INFECTED CRACKED TOOTH HEALED AND CROSSED EYES STRAIGHTENED

Bogdan had a cracked tooth that had become badly infected. He arrived at camp in intense pain and his jaw noticeably swollen. The first day a couple of our leaders prayed for him and all the pain left. The second day, David prayed for him and the swelling deflated under David’s hands. The third day, Bogdan noticed that the tooth itself was no longer cracked! His tooth and the infection were completely healed. This same boy was also cross eyed. SKIN ERUPTIONS HEALED

Rut was already a Christian when she came to camp.  She arrived with some kind of skin problem consisting of eruptions and open sores all over her body.   Daily she heard an additional part of the good news -- Jesus heals.  The verses about healing in her Bible came alive in a new fresh and living way.  Though she had suffered with this condition for three weeks, her response to what she read was to pray with faith for her own healing.  By the next morning her skin was clean, no sores, no scars.  Radical Life Camp 2006

NEW BELIEVER PRAYS HEALING

Voicu was saved at camp. Daily he received a fresh touch by God. Even his friends were commenting how quickly he was changing. His biggest problem was balancing his new found relationship with God with his “cool” image in front of the guys. The following situation gave him a breakthrough: Maia, one our intercessors complained of pain in her legs. Voicu suggested to Ocsi, one of the camp counselors, “Hey let’s pray for her”. So the two of them prayed for Maia. The funny thing was that Voicu really went for it, praying louder than Ocsi. Shortly afterwards the pain left Maia’s legs. Voicu was pleasantly shocked! And the guys that had been laughing before… found new respect for this new believer that was putting into practice what he had just recently found out himself.  Radical Life Camp 2006

SHARP CHEST PAIN HEALED

Gogu (one of the toughest boys at camp, still holding out on day four of camp) injured his chest during the camp playing a rough game (a cross between leap frog and flesh pile) with the boys. He complained of sharp pain in his chest and difficulty breathing. He asked us to take him to the hospital. We prayed for him instead. We prayed for about a half hour and he got progressively better and better, until he was comfortable with only occasional sharp pains. And what’s more, God had also healed a back problem that Gogu had suffered with for years. The last day of camp he gave a joyous testimony of what God had done in his life. God completed Gogu’s healing Saturday at church. He is now entirely pain free. Radical Life Camp 2006

SWEET HOUR OF PRAYER

            About 25 of us were praying (we pray aloud, all at the same time, while pacing the floor) and then
something happened. How can I describe it? It was like wave after wave of God’s presence, His goodness washed over us. I was praying and suddenly felt overwhelmed with the presence of God. I staggered forward aware that the atmosphere had just changed...my palms felt they were charged with electricity. Another level of His presence had come into the room. Then another wave came and I was swept away in the gracious goodness of God and dropped to my knees. For some time I just worshiped Him and enjoyed His closeness. When I looked up, I saw some others on their knees around the room. What I had perceived in the spirit, others had “seen” too.
            It was obvious that God was doing something different this week. This was not “church as
usual”. (Mind you we are talking about the prayer preparation for church.) So we gathered together,
waited on God and continued to pray…this time not praying for church, but in response to God who had
drawn near. The only appropriate response was worship…we sang a tender love song to our Jesus…and an even greater wave swept through the room.
            David, my pastor, caught the wave…that movement in the heart of God and gave instructions for me and Mihaela (his wife) to join him in laying our hands on people. I can’t explain what happened nor
why it happened…but I will tell you what my eyes saw. As we laid our hands on people and prayed for
God to release Himself over each one … in a short time…a few seconds up to one minute…each person was overwhelmed by God. Knees buckled, hearts melted, tears flowed… completely swept off their feet by the Lover of Their Souls… by the amazing embrace of His manifest presence… in that sweet hour of prayer, we encountered the heart of God in a very amazing and unusual way.  Antioch Cluj May 2006

GOLD DUST       

A common manifestation for us when God shows up--tiny specks of gold appear on people's hands. TORN LIGAMENT HEALED

Razvan (age 19) An avid soccer player, Razvan severely tore a ligament in his knee three years ago and has lived with pain ever since. One night at the crusade he was healed completely! The pain completely disappeared and he could run and jump with no problem.  Christmas Crusade Dec 2005

HEALTH SITUATION COMPLETELY TURNED AROUND

My widow friend and former neighbor, Susi (age 80+) who we affectionately call our "church grandma" came to the Crusade very weak and sick, in pain and with great difficulty walking. In fact on the way to church, she told me that she felt that God was calling her home because she had never felt this bad before. We practically carried her up the stairs and she agonized with every step toward a seat in the front of the church. But then!!!! Late in the service Phil took her by the hand and said God wanted to heal her legs. HEART PROBLEM, BACK PAIN AND INNER HEALING

Cristina (age 30+) came to all three meetings of the Crusade. The first night a heart problem disappeared. The next day she noticed that she could do anything she wanted without getting winded. MIRACULOUS HELP TO STOP SMOKING

Alex, (same as above ) though radically changed, still struggles with smoking. One night, the enemy attacked and Alex felt that he was about to die for a cigarette. He went to an unopened, sealed packet that he had hidden away. In this moment of weakness, God came to his aide. GOD'S INTERVENTION WITH A TEXT MESSAGE

Andreea (22 years old) received an SMS (message on her mobile phone) from her roommate, "Pray for
me right now. I really need it!" So Andreea prayed and then called Faith (17 years old), to see what
was going on. Faith was surprised with Andreea asking about why she needed prayer. Faith HAD
written an SMS, but it was an entirely different message asking Andreea what time she was coming
home. As Andreea and Faith compared what had happened, Faith admitted that she had been feeling
sicker and sicker, when she wrote the SMS. God called Andreea to prayer, "translating" Faith's

A MIRACLE WITH TIME

It usually takes Alex (17 years old) around 30 minutes to get to school by bus, but on one particular
morning, traffic was heavy and he expected the bus would take at least 40 minutes. Leaving his house
at 7:50, he was stressed knowing he was s upposed to be at school at 8:00 i.e. 10 minutes! So Alex
prayed that God would help him to get to school on time, and he got there right at 8:00. A 40-minute

MONEY CREATED IN POCKET

Cosmin comes from Deva to go to university here in Cluj. One day after getting a bite
to eat at a restaurant, he reached in his pocket to pull out his 200,000 lei ($6)/ Much to
his pleasant surprise, he saw in his hand not 200,000 but 1,200,000 lei! God created

SUNSHINE FROM HEAVEN

Romania experienced rain all summer, half of the country was effected by flooding. A few days
before camp there was rain, flooding and landslides in the area of the camp facility. But we prayed.
The week of the camp was absolutely dry and full of sunshine! One day it clouded up and looked like
a downpour. We prayed again and the clouds literally parted. There were thick clouds over the

BENT FINGER STRAIGHTENED

Ramona broke her middle finger five years ago.  It was bent, curled towards her palm at both of the knuckles of her finger.  The doctor splinted her finger for a month.  Ramona went back for the "unveiling" of her finger.  She was very frustrated when she found that the moment the splint was taken off that her finger curled back up to its original position.  As the doctor spoke about his solution of splinting her finger for another month, Ramona in frustration found her own solution.  She slammed her finger hard against the edge of the table. (kids, don't try this at home!)  That actually straightened her finger at one joint.  She tried to force the other joint to straighten but stopped because of excruciating pain.  So her finger has been bent at the last joint ever since...

 ...That is until she came to church one day in August.  She went forward for prayer at the end of the meeting.  When David asked what she wanted prayer for, she said for her finger and she showed David that she could not straighten her bent finger.  So David took her hand between his hands and began to pray.  After a minute or so, David took his hand away and told Ramona to look at her finger.  It was straight!  Ramona was so touched by that that she broke into tears.  She went home and told everyone who would listen about what God had done for her.  And she had the straightened finger to prove it!  Antioch Cluj August 2005

SELF DELIVERANCE

Monica (20 years old) meets with Suzie weekly for counseling. A Baptist, she came to Antioch
Christian Center at Suzie's invitation to hear a message about self deliverance. For her, everything was
new and strange; she was uncomfortable, but sat through the message. She caught a hold of the truth,
went home and asked her Baptist mom to pray for her against a spirit of fear. Suddenly Monica had to
cough and clear her throat repeatedly (deliverance). She said she felt like something gathered up in her
throat and then left as her mom prayed. Then she felt such peace that lasted several days.   Cluj June 2005

BROKEN ARM HEALED

Andrea (17 years old), one of our volunteers for the children's outreach, fell down and broke her arm. She went to the house of the pastors and they prayed for her. She was healed on the spot and all pain just disappeared! She then went for an x-ray and to the doctor. The doctor said that her arm looked like one that had just come out of a cast. BONEY STERNUM HEALED

Romeo came to church to see what it was all about. God met him there in a wonderful way. Romeo was deeply touched by the message and gave his life to the Lord. Salvation is a miracle and we rejoiced along with the angels in heaven over this repentant sinner. Romeo also experienced a physical healing in his body. He had several boney lumps on his sternum. While we prayed for him, the lumps melted away. Romeo's eyes were filled with wonder at what God did in his life that day!

        The next day, Romeo met with David and had a wonderful man to man talk. He confessed sins from his past and David saw over and over again that Romeo's decision was sincere. They scheduled Romeo's baptism for the following day.

        Romeo spent the night with the other orphans that are college students here in Cluj. By the time I went to pick up Romeo for his baptism, he had been "worked over" by the others. They laughed at him and mocked him so ruthlessly that he "changed his mind" and recanted his decision for the Lord. When he told me, I was deeply grieved for him. I told him to look at his chest and asked if he was still healed. When he said yes, I told him to let (the healing in) his own chest be a reminder of the day when God touched him. And to remember that God had not changed His mind about Romeo!  Antioch Cluj April 2005
